The territory lead machine

From “what would it look like?” to a project your team can evaluate.

01

Homeowner sees a direction

The visualizer turns curiosity into a specific bathroom-remodel conversation.

02

Homeowner adds project context

Goal, timing, property status, location, and permission are gathered in a reviewed production flow.

03

A human reviews the request

The launch plan includes a team-controlled review lane—no blind lead blasting.

04

The approved city partner responds

The contractor still verifies fit, scope, measurements, availability, price, and the final sale.

Planned territory model

One approved partner per defined city territory.

The intended model is straightforward: a licensed partner gets the BathSwipe experience under its own brand and receives first review of eligible BathSwipe requests in its contracted area.

  • Your company branding across the customer journey
  • Your existing estimator controls scope and pricing
  • Territory availability published with real numbers only
Founding enrollment has not opened.Territories shown as taken: 0. No countdowns. No invented demand. Availability begins only after final terms are approved.

Straight answers

Before you check a city

Is BathSwipe the same thing as BathSwipe?

BathSwipe is the homeowner-facing route. BathSwipe is the contractor platform behind it. A future license can put the BathSwipe experience under a contractor’s brand and connect eligible BathSwipe requests under approved territory terms.

What exactly is a project card?

The planned card can include the property context, goal, timing, location, visual session context, and contact details shared with permission. Final fields, consent, retention, and delivery rules require review before launch.

What happens to leads right now?

Nothing. This private build captures and routes no leads. The planned launch policy is partner-first with human review before any eligible request is delivered.

Do I have to replace my estimate process?

No. BathSwipe is designed to feed a better first conversation. Your company still controls measurement, suitability, products, scope, pricing, contracts, and the close.

How many territories are taken?

Zero. Founding enrollment has not opened. Counts will change only when real, approved territory agreements exist.
